  If it crashes: Restart your phone once, then clear the app cache (Settings → Apps → Poker Rules → Clear Cache).

  The app may not support Android 8 or below. In that case, access the site through your mobile browser — all features are available there.

If the issue persists, send a screenshot of the app to support.

During the deposit process, a network delay can sometimes cause funds to be deducted without appearing in your wallet. This usually resolves automatically within 5–15 minutes.
